Thank you for your interest in my small craft business! I have a 7 day return policy for all noncustomized products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 7 days for a refund minus a $5 restocking fee, shipping, and taxes. Please note that all returns must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Refunds will be be available within 3 days.
Customized products are made-to-order and are non-refundable. If your product can be adjusted with minimal labor required, I will gladly do my best to resolve the issue. This will be on a case by case basis and solely my discretion. ALL shipping fees will be the responsibility of the consumer.
Orders canceled within 24hrs will receive a full refund minus the taxes. Orders canceled outside of 24hrs and before being processed will refunded 50% minus taxes. All orders that have been processed will fall under the above return policy.
